When will the Olbali 2024 Annual Conference Be Held?

We’ll host our live event on January, 12-14 2023, from the Omni Hotel and Resort in Orlando, FL. 

WHAT IS THE ADDRESS OF THE HOST HOTEL?

The Omni Hotel and Resort is located at 1500 Masters Blvd, Championsgate, FL 33896.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR ANOTHER BUSINESS ASSOCIATE?

YES! Business Associates can also purchase Business Associate tickets for other associates or members of their team. Just select Business Associate and include their 6-Digit Associate ID when entering their ticket details.


Please note, tickets may sell out and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT FOR GUESTS?

Attendees must be 18 years-old or older to attend any in-person events.

IS THERE A CUTOFF DATE FOR TICKET SALES? WHAT IS THE LAST DAY I CAN PURCHASE MY TICKET?

Yes, the cutoff date/time for purchasing a ticket is  11:59pm, January 4, 2024. Any tickets purchased after this date may be modified or canceled by Olbali.

CAN ANYONE ATTEND THE LIVE, IN-PERSON EVENT?

We’re VERY excited to share that in-person attendance is open to Olbali Business Associates and their Guests. Business Associates can now purchase up to 4 Guest Tickets for their spouse, partners, or even potential recruits. All guests must be accompanied by the business associate that invited them. 


PLEASE NOTE: Guests must have the same ticket as the Business Associate who invited them in order to access all of the same activities/amenities. If they have a different ticket, they will only have access to what their ticket allows.


Tickets may sell out and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS the day of the event?

No (unfortunately). Due to the advanced preparation required to accommodate our guests, all tickets must be purchased by the cutoff date of January 4th.

i already bought a ticket. can i upgrade to a premium, vip, or bawse ticket?

Yes, as long as your upgrade is before the Ticket Purchase Cutoff Date of January 4, 2024 at 11:59PM (EST).


You can upgrade your ticket by paying the difference between your current ticket and the new ticket you would like to upgrade to. For example, if you originally purchased the Olbali ticket for $299 and wish to upgrade to a Premium ticket ($499), you would need to pay the difference of $200 ($499-$299 = $200).

i am still on a payment plan. can i upgrade to a premium, vip, or bawse ticket?

Yes, as long as your upgrade is before the Ticket Purchase Cutoff Date of January 4, 2024 at 11:59PM (EST).


Your payment plan can be upgraded to the new ticket by paying the difference between your previous payments and the payment amounts for the new ticket you would like to upgrade to. For example, if you originally purchased the Olbali ticket for $299 split between 4 payments, your regular payment amount is $74.75. If you would like to upgrade to the Premium ticket ($499), the regular payment for the Premium ticket would have been $124.75. The difference is $50 per payment. If you are 2 payments into your plan, you would need to make a one-time payment for the total difference of $100 ($50 x 2) and then your payment plan will be changed. The remaining payments will bill at the higher amount of 124.75 on your regular billing date.

can i downgrade my ticket?

Due to the extensive advanced planning and personalization of event items for attendees, tickets can not be downgraded. 


IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR STAYING AT THE HOST HOTEL?

YES. Olbali conference attendees can enjoy a special discounted rate of $229 per night at the Omni Hotel & Resort. These discounted rooms are available on a first come, first served basis until they are sold out. After those rooms are sold out, the Omni Hotel's regular rates will apply.

WHAT IS THE ADDRESS OF THE HOST HOTEL?

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

YES! Day-of Event self-parking is complimentary for all conference attendees. Overnight Self-parking is reduced to $15.00 plus tax per night/vehicle for attendees.

WILL I HAVE TO PUT A CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR INCIDENTALS?

Yes. The Omni Hotel & Resort does require a credit card to place a hold for incidentals. Please contact The Omni Hotel for the hold amount and more information on their policy for incidentals. 

WHO CAN I SPEAK TO ABOUT HOTEL CANCELLATION?

To avoid any penalties, you must reach out directly to the resort to cancel your hotel reservation.

DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE HOST HOTEL TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?

NO. While we do recommend that you stay at the host hotel for convenience and easy access to all of the conference activities, you are free to stay anywhere you like. 

what is the refund/exchange policy for this event?

All sales are final, which means once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled.

can tickets be transferred to someone else?

Tickets can be transferred into the name of someone else as long as:


1) The ticket is paid in full and 

2) The transfer is requested before the Ticket Transfer Cutoff Date.  


Tickets purchased under a payment plan are not eligible to be transferred until they are paid in full.


PLEASE NOTE: A ticket transfer will only change the name on the ticket and guest list. It will not result in a refund to the original ticket purchaser. Any event items personalized to the original ticketholder may not be available in the new ticketholder's name.

what is the ticket transfer cutoff date?

The Ticket Transfer Cutoff Date is 11:59PM (EST) on December 15, 2023.


Any ticket transfer requests received after this date may not be honored.

I HAVE A PERSONAL EMERGENCY AND CAN NO LONGER ATTEND. WHAT CAN I DO?

We are truly sorry to hear that you won't be able to attend the conference. However, all sales are final. 


While your ticket purchase cannot be refunded, you may be eligible for a ticket transfer if you meet the following requirements:


Your ticket is paid in full.

The date you requested the transfer is before the ticket transfer cutoff date.

Please note all sales are final for this event and any payments made under a payment plan are non-refundable.


Should you choose to cancel your payment plan, all previous payments made will be forfeited and you will not receive a ticket to the event. Tickets purchased under a payment plan are not eligible for a Ticket Transfer until they are paid in full.
